At Digiyugg, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation guidelines and steps below.

Cancellation Guidelines

• Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled free of charge if the request is submitted before the package has been dispatched (typically within [e.g., 1–2 hours] of placing the order).

• After Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return or exchange once the package arrives by following our Return & Replacement Policy.

How to Request an Order Cancellation

Refund for Canceled Orders

• Prepaid Orders: If your order is canceled before shipping, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method within [e.g., 5–7 business days].

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If applicable, COD orders canceled prior to dispatch will incur no charges.
